So we should:
- bump perl-Glib's require on glib2 from "glib2 >= 2.6.3"
to "glib2 >= 2.28.0"
- bump perl-Gtk2's require on glib2 from "libgtk+2 >= 2.16.0"
to "libgtk+2 >= 2.22.1"
in the future, we should automagically extract the required version
from MANIFEST or from some other file for perl-G{lib,tk2}CC:
