It is documented in Mageia 5 errata: https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Mageia_5_Errata#KDE - all kde4 language packages have to be uninstalled.

Also task-plasma5 unfortunately do not contain all packages to get Plasma5 desktop running, you have to add missing packages from the urpmi list from the above errata. And I'll add kio-extras to the list - without that you do not see wallpaper previews when you right-click to the desktop and select Desktop settings.
