Is this still valid?  Thierry fixed a whole bunch of pear deps issues recently.

No, it's fixed. phpmyadmin has no more unsatisfied dep.
What you're showing is a different issue, an unsatisfied dep in one
of phpmyadmin deps.

Status: NEW => RESOLVED
Resolution: (none) => FIXED

This one just need excluding Rijndael.php in phpseclib
