To reproduce:
1-chattr +i /etc/mc/mc-bashrc
2-try to upgrade mc

Actual behavior:
1-error: unpacking of archive failed on file /etc/mc/mc-bashrc: cpio: rename
2-error: mc-<new-version>: install failed
3-error: mc-<old-version>: erase failed

Expected behavior:
1-rpm's mc-bashrc is saved as /etc/mc/mc-bashrc.rpmnew
2-new mc installation succeeds
3-old mc erase succeeds

This is fixed in Cauldron in the new mc package.
