Testing MGA4 64 real hardware, h/w clock set to UTC.

Updated the 3 testing pkgs to those specified above. Following testing advice from Bug 11559 Comment 1:
 $ date
 Sul 17 Aws 21:57:30 CEST 2014
 $ php -r 'echo date("l, F d, Y h:i:s A" ,time()). "\n";'
 Sunday, August 17, 2014 09:57:41 PM
I imagine an equivalent Java test is easy if one knows how.

Works fine here Mageia 4 i586.

Note that you have to have php-cli installed, and on Mageia 4 you have to set your date.timezone value in /etc/php.ini.

Works fine Mageia 3 i586.

You also have to set the date.timezone value in /etc/php.ini on Mageia 3.
