Description Dick Gevers 2014-08-04 04:57:28 CEST
Description of problem:

Always set the desired hostname during installation.

Normally this carries over to /etc/hosts and to /etc/hostname at the least, but this time the file /etc/hosts is virginal:
# cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost

I prefer to be assigned the same inet/inet6 addresses for each install and each boot, but that is not going to happen in this manner.

Is it still valid? If so please add FOR_ERRATA in the whiteboard or better yet add IN_ERRATA and add it to the errata page.
