5alpha2 Same thing happens when I attempt to install Gnome IceWM-light gets installed instead. In my experience 90+ percent of KDE4 gets installed, but kdebase4-workspace, kdm and task-kde are not. So if an urpmi command for those 3 is executed after install, plus drakedm to have kdm become the preferred display manager, this problem is solved. CC:

dvgevers IceWm is the fallback DM if the preferred DM does not work. Could somebody attach a report.bug.gz please

eeeemail It's already in BZ: https://bugs.mageia.org/attachment.cgi?id=5330 Worked on it this morning and found the culprit. Mail sent on dev ML: "While working on alpha 2 isos, I found a conflict between kf5-libkscreen and mageia-kde4-config. Having the first package on iso prevented mageia-kde4-config to be installed and then borked all isos. Can you please have a look on this?" So rebuilding isos excluding kf5-libkscreen for now as long as it's not fixed properly CC:

ennael1 ok found, this is because kf5-libkscreen and libkscreen provides both KSC_Fake.so()(64bit) KSC_XRandR.so()(64bit) we need to version some requires. I look at it. CC:
