Description of problem:

mythtv home directory, /var/lib/mythtv, is not created on install.

mythtv-backend rpm pre-install script runs
  /usr/share/rpm-helper/add-user mythtv $1 mythtv /var/lib/mythtv /sbin/nologin
but add-user has -M option which suppresses /var/lib/mythtv creation.

Suggest adding workaround: commands to rpm pre-install section.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. clean install
2. urpmi mythtv-backend
3. pwck -r

Workaround:  
touch -p /var/lib/mythtv
chown mythtv:mythtv  /var/lib/mythtv
