When I installed thunderbird / kde there should be an association with all types of files in dolphin for having a line in the pop-up menu: 'open with' thunderbird Thunderbird understands that the file is an attachment. 

Quand j'installe thunderbird / kde il devrait y avoir une association avec tous les types de fichiers dans dolphin pour avoir une ligne dans le menu contextuel: "ouvrir avec thunderbird"
Thunderbird comprend que le fichier est une piece jointe.

To reproduce this problem it is sufficient to install Thunderbird. The system setting associated with only the .eml files with thunderbird.
All types of files should be associated. 



Pour reproduire ce problÃ¨me il suffit d'installer thunderbird. Le system setting associe seulement les fichiers .eml avec thunderbird.
Tous les types de fichiers devraient Ãªtre associé.

You should install thunderbird-servicemenu available in Cauldron; it adds "Send as Email Attachment" with Thunderbird's icon in "Actions" contextual menu for files.
