Description of problem:
We have this upstream bug

closed as a duplicate of
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81551 - [dri3] Mesa does not support explicit fencing

I have this bug on my 2 systems with Intel graphics chipsets, a laptop with Intel(R) GM45 and a desktop with Intel(R) HD Graphics 2000.

I can workaround the bug adding
Option "DRI" "2"
in xorg.conf section Device, to force the use of dri2.

i865G host gx27c here seems to be working just fine without need of 'Option "DRI" "2"' with 32 bit x11-driver-video-intel-2.99.914-1.mga5.

No need to force it manually it's done automatically.
