I've just updated kdeconnect-kde to 0.7.2 in Cauldron. I will push kdeconnect-kde 0.7.2 in backport for mga4 after the KDE update. regards, Luc CC:

lmenut Thanks! I had already compiled it myself and it works very well. For the remote filesystem browser one need to installl also sshfs on the computer (and not on the phone like I first thought). The remote filesystem browser (in Dolphin) is a little bit slow in populating the files and directories of the phone but it works. On my Samsung galaxy S2 Android 4.1.2 it does not see my external sd card but the workaround is to copy to the internal sd card and from there to the external sd card. And on the panel the KDE connect icon takes too much space but a minor issue that I did not investigate into. This really is a killer app for people with an android smartphone and a Linux computer. I can do a tests, just compiled myself and it works nice (MGA4 - Samsung Galaxy S3). Can you write here created src packages and advisory here? Then after checking we can push it for core_updates.
