Description of problem: I'm wishing that Transmission could be set to exit when all downloads are finished. I believe I saw this function in ktorrent.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.82

How reproducible: All the time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a torrent-file.
2. Start the download with Transmission.
3. When the download is finished Transmission-gui should close automatically.
