Description of problem:

Using the third round ISO of the live KDE CD, I did succeed in booting to the live desktop this time but the panel didn't load properly.  One or two white rectangles appeared if I hovered over parts of the panel but nothing more.  I clicked on the place where the main menu icon would be and parts of the sub-menus became visible when I hovered over their locations, so I managed to log out that way, but apart from that the panel was unusable.

And after the install ? how does it work ?

I'm now testing the released Alpha 1 in a VM and it booted into a full desktop with no problems and was also fine after installation.
