Description of problem:
After partition selection, one is offered the possibility to add additional medium. If CD-ROM is selected, the CD-ROM "HASH 0xaa6d398)". If then Cancel is hit the installer reports "Unable to access" both Core and Non-free releases and finishes to go back to partion selection. When "use entire disk" is selected, a rboot is forced

How reproducible:
Any time CD-ROM is selected as additional medium. 
Same problem with x86_64 DVD

Steps to Reproduce:
1.After Partition screen, select CD-ROM as supplementary medium
2.Cancel CD-ROM insertion
3.Hit OK until back to Partition selection
4.Select Use entire disk

The system reboots

I think we should just remove that feature now that we only provides a DVD install and no more a multi CD one.
