Description Marja Van Waes 2014-07-02 21:00:15 CEST
With the first and second round of pre-5alpha1 isos, the 64bits in the 64 bits Live DVD applications do sometimes start so far to the right, that you can't see them, except for a bit of light blue light.

When moving the mouse to the right, it doesn't stop at the edge of the screen, but can go further. Apparently a lot, because it takes a long time to bring it back.

I couldn't reproduce this on a second laptop, don't know what is the difference between them

why would that be assigned to oxygen-gtk3 ?
We do nothing about window placement.
Is related to window manager I'd say (kwin or gnome shell, depending on what you are using)

Thanks, trying to assign better now :-)

@ neoclust

I've never seen this issue on the same laptop in cauldron, it only occurs with the pre Mga5alpha1-Live-KDE-DVD in Live mode (I didn't install a 5a1, yet)

Well, that wasn't better. There were video drivers missing, which got fixed with another round of isos. Now this issue no longer exists, so to me it seems those missing drivers were the culprit
