Description of problem:

To personalize my installations, I leave a minimal personalized installation (to deselect everything. Then with X-server, without suggested).
I use then a script to install the desktop (at present LXQt) and the applications.

The problem is that the minimal installation installs sometimes aria, sometimes curl.
Would not it be possible to define once for quite which? Or to install both?

urpmi requires webfetch which is satisfied by any of aria2, curl or wget.
Hence urpmi'll select randomly one of them.
If you want to force one, just use an auto-install file and add the one you want in
