This update fixes an issue in ugtk3 module that prevented to select first item of list in rpmdrak when clicking on "Select All" (mga#13492).

How to reproduce:
=================
- start rpmdrake
- choose the "meta-package" view
- select a category with only one element
- click on "select all"
- see that nothing got selected
- quit
- update drakxtools-*
- restart rpmdrake, go to the same category
- check that "select all" now work

sorry, but it seems not to work for me with both archs?
not only at meta-packages but also for other views, the first entry is not selected if pressed "select all".
Following packages are installed from core update testing:
[root@localhost marc]# rpm -qa | grep drakxtools
drakxtools-backend-16.26.10-1.mga4
drakxtools-16.26.10-1.mga4
drakxtools-curses-16.26.10-1.mga4

looks much better now :) 

Following packages are installed:
[root@localhost marc]# rpm -qa | grep drakxtools
drakxtools-16.26.11-1.mga4
drakxtools-backend-16.26.11-1.mga4
drakxtools-curses-16.26.11-1.mga4

the first entry is now selected if several or only one entry is present by 'select all'.
Works for 32bit and 64bit version.
