Description mtm spm 2014-06-23 22:14:20 CEST
I had eclipse-cdt installed and working ok for eons.
Recently, after an regular system update eclipse has been unexpectedly removed.

When I go back and attempt to install again it I get:
"Sorry, the following package cannot be selected - eclipse-cdt-8.1.1-3.mga3.x86_64"

The update (if I remember well, but I am not 100% certain) involving apache / tomcat which I did not had installed ever on this machine.

Did anybody else experience this oddity ? Any suggestions ?

Tnx.

eclipse depends on a maven that tomcat provides, wich was mistakenly removed in
http://advisories.mageia.org/MGASA-2014-0268.html

and is now fixed by the update just pushed:
