From Mageia 4.1 64bit DVD torrent download page
http://www.mageia.org/en/downloads/get/?q=Mageia-4.1-x86_64-DVD.iso&torrent=1
after a few seconds I get a new window saying:
"550 Can't change directory to /Linux/Mageia/iso/4.1/torrents/Mageia-4.1-x86_64-DVD.torrent: No such file or directory"
If I click on "click here" (a hyperlink to
ftp://ftp.twaren.net/Linux/Mageia/iso/4.1/torrents/Mageia-4.1-x86_64-DVD.torrent
), I get the same result.

Expected result: downloading the torrent file.
How reproducible: always.

That mirror hasn't been updated since early June. It probably should be removed from the list of mirrors.

Try one of the fully updated mirrors from this page:

http://mirrors.mageia.org/status

The torrents are in the /iso/4.1/torrents directory

There is also a bit easier way. In the second line there is a sentence:
If it does not work well for you, check out these other mirrors.
Just click the link.

But we should remove that mirror.

Thank you, but this solution is a bit a pity, because Taiwan seems to be the nearest free country to download Mageia from here in Mongolia, though a few thousand kilometres away. Now I'm redirected to
http://ftp.sjtu.edu.cn/mageia/iso/4.1/torrents/Mageia-4.1-x86_64-DVD.torrent
and get "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." (while I do have a connection).
I'm afraid PRC mirrors won't be better than Taiwan ones, and I'm not a fan of having the PRC knowing all what I download. Don't you have a way to contact the relevant person in the National center for high-performance computing in Taiwan to ask them why their mirror is not regularly updated?

http://free.nchc.org.tw/mageia/iso/

Both are in Taiwan and have the 4.1 iso's
