Hi Shlomif, urpme avahi Remove 886 packages? (y/N) euu N :) It seems that "avahi" package (containing only services, binary etc...) is required by the whole distro. I guess it is triggered by %package -n %{lib_client_name} Group: System/Libraries Summary: Library for avahi-client Requires: %{name} >= %{version} <------------------------- because libavahi-client is indeed required by many packages as it should. However, this dependence seems superfluous and annoying for small systems that does not need avahi-deamon et al. I did not touch the spec in case of more damaging breakage, but please have a look (or let me know if it is safe to remove that Requires only) Cheers, chris. PS: that concerns MGA4 TOO
