Description of problem:
The next Mageia 5 Alpha1 use wget 1.14 release
but the latest stable version is 1.15.
Please upgrade it from 1.14 (2012-08-05) to 1.15 (2014-01-19) to fix bugs and add improvements.

The wget package in cauldron was updated to version 1.15 on July 5th, 2014.
