Wierd, If I log in as rwobben I do not see the ssh key add as described in the manual.

at bottom of page, there should be a line "Add attribute"

then from dropdown menu choose "sshPublicKey"

then paste your key in the box and press "Ad"

Yes, that is what the manual says.

When I log in as rwobben then I can only choose mobile, Room number or sectretary.

Yep, the other one can be deleted . that points to a Hotmail account.
