Description of problem: I could really use python-igraph in Cauldron right now as the program called Tribler has it as a dependancy according to the readme-file on its github-page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.7

How reproducible: All the time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open your desired webbrowser.
2. Go to https://github.com/Tribler/tribler
3. Read the section for Dependencies and see that it needs python-igraph.

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.
