Description of problem:

Hello please disable email when "The CC field changes" from mailing.

ie for example qa-bugs, bugs there is certainly more.


Because, we get spamed if someone remove him from all the bugs he is present.

I checked atelier-bugs, bugs, doc-bugs and qa-bugs, and none of them had the "CC field changes" checkboxes checked except for the Reporter role (which doesn't matter as you never file bugs with these accounts). So either someone fixed this bug already and forgot to close it as RESOLVED FIXED, or it has never been an issue and something else was triggering bugmails. If you still get such emails, please attach them to this bug so that I can check their headers.

The reason bugs@ is getting bugmails when the CC list changes is because this account is a global watcher, which means it gets notifications for everything, by design. A RFE has already been filed upstream 10 years ago to be able to restrict the kind of notifications global watchers get, but this request never got any traction.

I will have to implement this feature from the Mageia extension itself.
