Description of problem:
No package provides login.defs man page (login.defs.5).
This file is part of shadow-utils-4.1.5.1-5mga3.src.rpm but login.defs.5 is removed during install.
"login" is part of util-linux-2.22.2-5mga3,i586.rpm but there is no "login.defs.5" man page (this file should be here).
And there is no such a man page in man-pages-3.5-1mga3 package.

Thanks for the report!  You are correct that it was removed in the SPEC file, and this was done by accident, as it was only trying to remove the login man page.  I've fixed it in Cauldron in shadow-utils-4.1.5.1-7.mga5.

Since there's an easy workaround (find the man page elsewhere, such as online), I don't see a pressing need to backport this fix to Mageia 3 and Mageia 4.
