This has been converted into a tooltip.  Just hover the mouse over the name of the service.  Though it is rather non-obvious that this is where the 'info' has disappeared to, or that you can even hover the mouse over the text to get the 'info' back.

Before creating this bug report, I had tried a quick mouse over, for any possible tooltips and I didn't see anything poping up..

After Edward d'Auvergne's comment I tried again, and I see, now, that you have to place the mouse over the name of the service and wait for something like a half second, for the tooltip to appear.

Maybe, you should make the time needed smaller (for the inpatient ones)?

...or, alternatively, extend the area that trigers the tooltip to the right?
Covering the whole line, that is, except for the buttons.

Because, as it is, now, it's kind of hidden...
