For Clojure development I would like to that the community edition of Intelij is included in M4 ?

Last I knew (granted it was several years ago), IntelliJ was a proprietary commercial product.  Do you have more information about this "community edition?"

As far as I know the community edition is free. I can find packages on Arch, Fedora and Ubuntu for it. 

If you need more info , ask what you exactly want ?

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.

There is no distribution out there which provides this package except FreeBSD.
