Created attachment 5108 [details] From /var/log/ of the VDI The "draklive-install" program crashed. Drakbug-16.26.7 caught it. I used the installer to install in virtualbox_Ubuntu r84101. It is a virtualbox installed on a Ubuntu 13.04 OS. The Mageia live system seems to work fine. I will try to install from the live system and see what happens. I am new at bug reporting. The vdi is a normal VDI was created dynamicall at 10 gig. Actual size was 4.2 gig The install was done from a usb stick formated with fat32. Easy2boot was used as the bootable usb stick. mkinitrd failed: (mkinitrd -f /boot/initrd-3.12.8-desktop586-2.mga4.img 3.12.8-desktop586-2.mga4) at /usr/lib/libDrakX/bootloader.pm line 137.
