All mcc modules and some other applications (gtk) have black texture
Example: simple-scan
Gimp is ok

When i launch the application i have the following message:

seems like theming is broken
Could you try 
- install oxygen-gtk3 (I don't see it in the list you provided), see if the problem persists

- then, change to the theme of your liking (Adwaita ?), using gnome-tweak-tool, of KDE's gtk configuration module, and see if persists.

The analog clock is missing

Hi Hugo, after installing the package oxygen-gtk3 the problem is solved (but i don't have the analoge clock).
I left the default settings with oxygen-gtk
