Description of problem: Open Suse, Alt Linux have italc with auto preconfiguring

Where does this file come from?
I can't find it elsewhere than on Suse package.

I tested:
* bug is present https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12870 and I can not test in mga4 (maybe to try build with libpng12, because good with libpng15?)
* package italc contents:
    /usr/share/doc/italc
    /usr/share/doc/italc/AUTHORS
    /usr/share/doc/italc/COPYING
    /usr/share/doc/italc/ChangeLog
    /usr/share/doc/italc/README
    - only docs, maybe build without italc and to add docs into italc-client?
* I have proposal to add package italc-client-autostart (http://packages.mageialinux.ru/mageia4/SRPMS/italc-client-autostart-0.0.1-2.mga4.mrc.src.rpm) as part of your package.
