tmb I have just compiled the patched module xc4000 and I can confirm it works with the latest kernel kernel-desktop-3.12.25-3.mga4-1-1.mga4. I've just rebooted and with the new kernel (3.14.24-desktop-1.mga4) the relevant part of the patch seems to have been merged. Thus now everything works fine out of the box ! Closing as fixed then Status:
