Description of problem:
Cheese does not run or leave in a blank window
message is : "GLib-GObject-WARNING **: value "5,000000" of type 'gdouble' is invalid or out of range for property 'delaytime' of type 'gdouble'".

How reproducible:
Run cheese in a terminal

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run cheese in a terminal with "cheese"

2. GLib-GObject-WARNING **: value "5,000000" of type 'gdouble' is invalid or out of range for property 'delaytime' of type 'gdouble'

3. Run cheese in a terminal with "cheese -d /dev/videox" (where videox is your device)

4. same trouble.

Of course.
guvcview and others applications, even vlc run.

Cheese works fine here, also displays the bogus message "GLib-GObject-WARNING **: value "5,000000" of type 'gdouble' is invalid or out of range for property 'delaytime' of type 'gdouble'" but this is not the error.

Did you install updates? cheese was missing a Requires on some gstreamer codec, check https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12831
