Description of problem:
There is no point to require phpmyadmin with this package. It is suggested by task-lamp-php which is required by task-lamp anyway. And this package should be only suggested as it often contains security bugs and some admins don't want it because of that.

NB! I think this package might need epoch as well as version is downgraded to 1 and upgrade from Mandriva won't work this way.
