Description of problem:


Upgrade to current ipset and restart shorewall. 

This produces some errors (even after reboot):

systemctl status shorewall. service
...
shorewall[4589]: Processing /etc/shorewall/start 
...

After first reboot of dual DVD install from build date 31/7.
