Description of problem:

There is no typing break functionality in MATE due to lack of corresponding tab in Keyboard preferences window.

How reproducible:

Open terminal emulator and execute mate-keyboard-properties command or mate-keyboard-properties --typing-break. Or open MATE control center and press on Keyboard item.

I have uploaded an updated mate-control-center package for Mageia 4.

You can test this by using  mate-keyboard-properties --typing-break command on a terminal.

Updated mate-control-center packages enables typing-break support:

Due to a missing "libxscrnsaver-devel" build time dependency mate-control-center was not compiled with typing break support.

This update adds libxscrnsaver-devel build time dependency and thus typing-break
support is enabled.

I have tested this on my Mga4 - x86_64 -MATE Desktop install and it is OK for me.

Testing complete Mageia 4 x86_64.

I confirm that the typing-break tab gets added by the update candidate, and the related functionalities work. (I just got myself forced to a 1-minute break :-P)
