The orphans output is never "wrong," but in some cases there may be some packages you want to keep. You can keep them by doing "urpmi package-name" for such packages before uninstalling the orphans. Looking at the list you posted, there's nothing you'd obviously definitely want to keep, so unless you see something you're sure you want to keep, you can safely uninstall those orphan packages.
