doktor5000 Actually this is no bug but working as intended per the upstream default. Cf. "man cups-browsed.conf"
The BrowseRemoteProtocols directive specifies the protocols to use when finding remote shared printers on the network. Multiple protocols can be
specified by separating them with spaces. The default is "dnssd cups".
So if you do not want this (most users do want network printers to be available by default) then change it in /etc/cups/cups-browsed.confStatus:
