When trying to watch any video in any way (browser, local video player) I have blinking dots in some parts of video.

Reproducible any time when watching video.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Find a video
2) Try to watch it

Additional information:
Everything worked fine on Mageia release 3.
Hardware wasn't changed, but this bug appeared only in 4th release.

I can't record a video or make a screenshot this issue doesn't appear on it. So it seems some hardware driver issue.

what for driver are you using ? What for codecs are in use in the video ?

Intel 810 and later.
This is happening in browser also (i.e. youtube.com)

It seems last update pack fixed this issue. Thanks for quick resolution of problem.
