I went through the code of control-center in drakconf and I found the problem in line 1453. I changed the "/usr/share/doc/mageia-release-*/CREDITS.$locale->{lang}" to "/usr/share/doc/mageia-release-*/CREDITS" and the list is now properly showing up.
