Gadu-Gadu is only used by Polish users, and unlikely to be usable by anyone who doesn't read Polish in fact, so as strange as it sounds, I would say these dependencies are actually correct. Status:

Anyway, kadu is no longer in Mageia as of Mageia 4 (possibly dead upstream), so even if it's a real bug I wouldn't expect anything to be changed at this point. maintdb lists neoclust as the maintainer, so I'll assign to him just in case he wants to do something about this, but I'll also mark as WONTFIX as that's likely the resolution.
