Description of problem:

hi,
this is the output i receive when i launch mgaonline:

[marcy@localhost ~]$ mgaapplet
Deprecated use of my() in false conditional at /usr/bin/mgaapplet line 711.
Deprecated use of my() in false conditional at /usr/bin/mgaapplet line 917.

and then it hangs. 


can you fix it? thanks

PS= i'm adding anne to the assigne as i've seen is the person who pushed it in the repository.

i've discovered it works, even if it very slow... maybe there is a problem that makes it starting slow, anyway it works.

Maybe fixing those deprecation warnings is desirable.

No they won't, at least not until we stop wanting to upgrade from older mdv releases
