According to <https://github.com/naparuba/shinken/blob/1.4/README.rst> and
<https://github.com/naparuba/shinken/blob/1.4/README.rst> requirements are different.

shinken (main-package):
- not required at all: python-sqlite2 (sqlite3 is std.-module and used if available)
- should be suggested: nmap (used only for discovery, and even then its optional)

shinken-poller:
- should be suggested: nagios-plugins

shinken-broker: all of these are optional, only required of the resp. broker-backend is used. 
- not required at all: mysql-connector-python
- not required at all: python-redis
- not required at all: python-memcached

Hartmut, I hope this adequately addresses your bugreport. I think there is no need to issue an update to this for Mageia 4, given the small impact of this packaging issue.
