Please add libmatewnck in task-mate.

I have uploaded a updated package for Mageia 4.

Suggested advisory:

* At minimal installation task manager in mate-panel did not display translations. libmatewnck package which holds transalations should be pulled by task-mate-minimal package. So, libmatewnck is added as requires to task-mate-minimal package. (mga#12534)

* Also, mate-media package is needed to provide user a volume applet. It was listed as suggests in task-mate package. This update lists it as requires.

I see for MATE only double Requires mate-applets for task-mate after today's commits, but it's not problem.

Alex, if you can confirm that now the problem is fixed for you, when you install the update candidate from the Updates Testing media, this will help to speed up the validation process. And if you test, tell us on which arch. Thanks.

I meant that task-mate is only in core/updates_testing, though Atilla listed both core and tainted (probably copy-pasting from the wiki).
