Description Remco Rijnders 2014-02-02 13:45:53 CET

Following the upgrade instructions on https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Mageia_4_Release_Notes#Upgrading_online.2C_using_mgaonline_.28GUI.29 for an up to date Mageia 3 system, I get the following error:

[root@bacer remmy]# export LC_ALL=C; mgaapplet-upgrade-helper --new_distro_version=4
retrieved   x86_64?product=Default&version=3&mgaonline_version=2.81
could not find version '4' in the distro update list

looks like it use the api, I don't know if I can push it or not :/

Thanks leuhmanu,

However, I now get this:

[root@bacer remmy]# mgaapplet-upgrade-helper --new_distro_version=4
Cannot be run in console mode.


(though, I already started the upgrade using the alternate CLI instructions, so they might be conflicting)
