Description of problem: There is no plasma-applet-nm-l2tp

Please import from Fedora kde-plasma-nm-l2tp.

Please assign to mikala, because plasma-applet-nm-l2tp is part of plasma-nm and he is maintainer.
On my side xl2tpd was imported into Cauldron (xl2tpd-1.3.6-1.mga5).

Will you look on this issue? CIS countries and China needs different tools for configure the Internet - VPN L2TP.

plasma-applet-nm-l2tp will be available with plasma-nm 0.9.3.4.
