a link to a IBAN PDF file http://www.mageia.org/iban_Mageia.Org.pdf is broken : HTTP 404.

Indeed, there is no pdf at all on the website.

Removed the link to PDF (that was removed on purpose and HTML had not been updated as well). Fixed in r423.
