Steps to Reproduce:
1. journalctl -b | grep acpi

Happens on two desktops.

LENOVO            Product: H215 IdeaCentre  motherboard: Tilapia CRB
Hewlett-Packard   Product: p6610f motherboard: FOXCONN Product: 2AB1 Verion: DVT

kernal command line: pcie_aspm=(default | off | force) had no effect.

Just verifying kernel: acpi PNP0A03:00: _OSC failed (AE_NOT_FOUND); disabling ASPM
is still valid on Release 5.

This is probably an upstream bug. I don't think there's something we can do here. Have you searched for this error message in the kernel's bugtracker?

Mass-reassigning all bugs with "kernel" in the Source RPM field that are assigned to tmb, to the kernel packagers group, because tmb is currently MIA.
