Description of problem:
I cannot install Googleearth from "Téléchargement"

( but from "Document" fine )

gurpmi  7.30-1.mga4

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.load a rpm from ,google, adobe etc in a forder such "Téléchargement".
2.
clic to install... password...
3.
"Pas de paquetage nommé /home/fischer/TÃÂélÃÂéchargements/google-earth-stable_current_x86_64(1).rpm"

After calling Gtk3->init, encoding of @ARGV changes...
