Oops, might be the result of bad media. I have burnt another DVD, and the fresh one has not failed yet, will try another half dozen reboots to see what happens. |
Description of problem: Intermittant problem, presummed race condition. No user input, just let the DVD run. When it does work there seems to be a "too late" message pop up before the graphical language selection starts. <quote> Error opening symlink definitions file '/tmp/stage2/usr/share/symlinks' FATRAL ERROR IN INIT: Fatal error finishing initialization (could not create symlinks). I can't recover from this, please reboot manually and send a bugreport. </quote> Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Mageia-4-RC-x86_64-DVD.iso How reproducible: Approximately three out of six attempts failed.
