To be more precise, in Kwrite, whether the layout be Cyrillic Mongolian or polytonic Greek, Ctrl+X does copy, as it appears in the clipboard, but doesn't cut. Ctrl+C works, but not Ctrl+V. Ctrl+A, Ctrl+F, Ctrl+R and Ctrl+Z don't work. In Firefox, such shortcuts work. So it seems the layout is here but doesn't work properly. Summary:
